Erongo-Wild-198

To view more of the ruins of the volcano that forms the Erongo Mountain range, join us on this drive and keep an eye out to see how many of the 260 species of birds you can spot.

If you’re looking for game, the mountain zebra are free-roaming across the landscape, and there is the chance to see the smallest antelope in Southern Africa, the Damara Dik Dik, a shy little creature that is protected in our country. Regularly seen alone, they mate for long periods and likely for life, although little is known about this tiny creature.

Your guide will be a font of information on both the area and the game that make it home, and supply you with cold refreshments along the way.

Start: Summer – 06:00 or 17:00. Winter – 07:00 or 16:00.

Duration: 2 – 2.5hours.
